2 · Basis of assessment & computed ratio

I_L is computed automatically from the 12-month demand and system voltage in section 1 (I_L = kVA ÷ √3 ÷ V_LL). The TDD limit comes from the table (Table 2 ≤69 kV · Table 3 69–161 kV · Table 4 >161 kV) and the I_sc/I_L band; both are auto-selected from the voltage and I_sc÷I_L, and can be overridden below. Choose whether TDD is taken from the data or computed. The applicable table, band and TDD limit appear live in the next card.
